Design Consultation - Pre Purchase Feasibility

Are you looking at buying a property but unsure if it will work for you? We can meet you on site to discuss the practicalities and potential as well as the cost of the alterations necessary. We will advise on energy upgrades and timeframes required to get the property ready for you. Please note this doesnt take the place of an engineers structural report.

Suitable for interior design projects and simple extensions or general advise on building projects.

Full Architectural Service from design to completion – for new Dwellings as well as Extensions including a complete Refurbishment

Our goal is to demystify architecture and the complexities of the building process, to provide our clients with all the information they need and to guide them through this complex process making it as easy and stress free as it can be. 

We will assist you from establishing your brief to making your dream home a reality. We will keep an eye on the budget throughout the process to complete the project on target. We can advise on energy efficiency upgrades, sustainable construction, renewable energy as well as available grants.

Using 3D technology we will help you visualise your project from the start of the design process and plan the detailed look early on. This will enable you to make decisions early on and avoid changes or ad hoc buys at the last minute.

With our chosen partners of select builders, craftspeople, engineers, quantity surveyors and interior designers our goal is always to streamline the process for everyone involved and to make it one that is enjoyable.

House Alterations and small Extensions

If your house doesn’t work for you and you are looking for help, maybe thinking of a small extension or altering the house internally then this service is perfect for you. We will meet you for an initial consultation to establish your brief and discuss feasibility, budget and planning implications. 

We can provide the service that you require which can range from design only, planning drawings and application or a full tender set that you can give to your builder of choice.

This service is also suitable for kitchen redesigns.
