About

This project is a total refurbishment and extension and alterations of an original semi detached home built in the seventies. Our client was keen to respect the original seventies style of the home and reflect this in the design and this has been done very successfully. As the rear garden space was limited and of great importance the solution to extending the home was to create a narrow two storey extension that fits between the existing house and the old ivy covered wall. The home has had significant energy upgrades and has now achieved an A3 energy rating.
